You will be responsible for:

Helpdesk and Systems Administration (60%):

  • Provide 1st level technical support: taking ownership of the customerreported issues and finding applicable solutions;
  • Ensure the procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of our workplace equipment (VOIP telephony, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.);
  • Provide support and administration of our Office 365 infrastructure, including AD synchronization, Online Exchange, Online SharePoint, Windows Intune etc.;
  • Do User, Group and Permission Management;
  • Perform the administration of our technical infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, etc.), as well as of the network devices.
Ownership & internal expert to key SaaS tooling of WTX (40%):

  • Become an expert in the SaaS tools utilized across the WTX business functions (e.g., CRMs, Omni-Channel Customer support systems, VOIP )
  • Act as the sparing partner to our business functions and take ownership of the technical execution of their requirements in the respective SaaS toolset
  • Monitor the SaaS tools and communicate with internal and external (e.g., provider support) stakeholders
  • Review current processes/flows and come up with new initiatives / improvement suggestions within the existing SaaS setup
  • Monitor the SaaS landscape and make proactive recommendations to add or replace tools in our current setup

We are looking for an IT-Support generalist, who has already gained initial experience in both hardware and software areas.

For you to be successful in this role, we expect:


  • Completed technical education (e.g. Computer Science) or comparable practical experience;
  • Previous handson experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility;
  • Knowledge and skills in several IT Support areas (MS Windows, Windows Server, MacOS, MS Office, iOS, etc.); advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills;
  • Systems/tools that would be nice to have knowledge
  • HubSpot, Slack, Trengo, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Air Table, WhatsApp Business, Twilio and MS Active Directory management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft SQL Server would be an advantage;
  • Proactive solution oriented you provide solutions and solve challenges rather than completing a to do list somebody gives you;
  • Growth mindset you long to push your limits by taking the lead in new initiatives;
  • Very good teamwork, communication skills and friendly approach;
  • Proficient English and (nice to have) good knowledge of German;
