We're currently on the lookout for a Reservations Agent to join our team. Your contribution will be key to improve the sales and customer service areas.

Tasks

Assist customers in making reservations for hotel accommodations.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations.
Process booking requests and update reservation systems accurately.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth checkin and checkout process for guests.

Requirements:

Portuguese language required.
Currently living near Albufeira.
Excellent communication skills to assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reservations and maintain accurate records.
Attention to detail to ensure all reservation information is entered correctly and accurately.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in the hotel/travel/tourism industry.
