The Customer Tools sub module is a part of Vestas Power Solutions and we are responsible for delivering the platform software and internal tools used in production and service operations worldwide.

As a Product Owner, you will join the work on new turbine platforms, improvement projects or specific tools projects.

Responsibilities
The following are the main responsibilities of this position:

Define the short/mid-term vision for the product, having it aligned with business goals and the long-term vision defined by the Module technical management
Define and maintain, in pair with the Module technical management, a sustainable and attainable product roadmap
Be involved in budget negotiation, estimation activities and project planning activities
Keep a clean and prioritized backlog, being responsible for writing down new user stories and breaking down work packages, as well as coordinating all internal and external dependencies
Be involved in planning, refinement, and review meetings
Communication with all relevant stakeholders, within the module and beyond, regarding ongoing and upcoming projects/activities
Handling stakeholder expectations and provide reporting whenever needed
Act as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and team
Inspect and evaluate product progress and increments every sprint
Monitor the individual support boards and ensure no important issues (priority 1 and 2) are pending
Ensure effective partnership with Service business unit
Coordinate resource management with line manager and project managers
Be motivated in continuous improvement initiatives
Be able to be involved in technical discussions whenever needed

Qualifications

You hold:

Computerscience, electrical engineering degree or similar from an accredited University

- +2 years as a Scrum Master/Product Owner or Agile Project Management experience
- +2 years of working experience working with software development, including some

Experience in C#/.Net
Knowledge of common programming and design patterns
Notions of DevOps (Azure/Gitlab/Jenkins)

It's an added value to have:

Scrum Master/Product Owner accredited certification
Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools
Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in technical management and team leading
Experience in working within a large organization
