Position:
Main Responsibilities:
- Organization of the production process according to the production orders and capacity management on all categories of items.
- Supervise and lead the production team to achieve the defined goals.
- Ensure compliance with product and process quality and sustainability standards.
- Lead, organize, and monitor the processes of optimization and continuous improvement.
- Lead, organize, and monitor training, polyvalence, and skill development of the production team.
- Ensure and anticipate compliance with the internal high standards and legal requirements concerning Health and Safety at work.
- Lead the proactive contribution of Portugal network to the best practice community involving German, Italian and Portuguese manufacturing partners
- Creating and reporting KPI ́S to management
Profile:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, i.e.)
- Previous experience in an industry involving metal pieces (preferred requirement)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of the galvanization process
- Lean manufacturing Knowledge
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is appreciated: German, Italian, French)
- Availability to travel
