    Für unseren Standort in Ettlingen suchen wir ab sofort einen IT System Engineer (m/w/d).

    Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen
  • Design und Weiterentwicklung unserer Informationssysteme und Applikations-Landschaft/Architektur
  • Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Serveranwendungen
  • Verantwortung des störungsfreien Betriebs und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serveranwendungen
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern in Technologieberatungsprojekten und im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, Systemüberwachung und Automatisierung.
  • Administration komplexer Softwaresysteme in unseren Rechenzentren

    • Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Aufgabenfeld
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systemadministration
  • Solides Grundlagenwissen im Bereich Informationssysteme, Serveranwendungen, Schnittstellen, virtualisierte Serverumgebungen und Netzwerke
  • Mehrjährige praktischen Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Serverumgebungen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen IT-Projekten
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis und mind. Grundkenntnisse in der Betriebswirtschaft
  • Hohe Bereitschaft Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft sich mit neuen Technologien und Trends zu beschäftigen
  • Durchsetzungsstark, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und offene, positive Ausstrahlung
  • Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse B1
  • Englischkenntnisse B2/C1
  • Reisebreitschaft (regional <25%, überregional <10%)
