Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Project Management Office (M/F) - Hybrid Lisbon

Profile:

**o Support the Program Manager for all organizational related topics

***: **o Worldwide correspondence for the Program Manager

***: **o Travel management for the Program Manager considering the required regulations

***: **o Administration and support setting up and organizing Program facilities as e.g., office and meeting rooms working

***: **o equipment

***: **o Technical onboarding of new Program Team members

***: **o Maintenance of program team-lists and outlook distribution-lists (internal & external members)

***: **o Operative execution of the on-/offboarding process for the Program including user accounts

***: **o Coordination of Program meetings, documentation, and distribution of meeting minutes

***: **o Self-organized and self-driven

***:
o Project Management knowledge and experience in IT related áreas:

Experience working in Agile, Scrum or SAFe framework**:
At least 2 years of experience in providing similar service**:

**o Ability to work in an international organization
