Technical
Customer Support Representative/Technical advisor to join their team for greatest
Search Engine software in the world.
As a Technical customer advisor, you will help your customers from home, answer their various questions, and turn their issues into a very good experience.
Your missions
- Provide assistance over different channels as phone, chat, mail or social media
- Ability to help the customer on generic requests but also technical
- Reply accurately to the queries
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Adapt your reply to the type of client and situation
- Find the correct solution in a timely way
Requirements:
- Experience in technical will be a plus
- Fluent in Spanish
- Good communication skills in English (B2)
- Technical and analytic skills
- Great attention to details
- Organized, multitask and problemsolving skills
