Lisbon is looking for a
Technical
Customer Support Representative/Technical advisor to join their team for greatest
Search Engine software in the world.

If you speak Spanish with a good level of English, and that working in a multicultural environment for a technical project sound like a great opportunity, this job is for you


As a Technical customer advisor, you will help your customers from home, answer their various questions, and turn their issues into a very good experience.


Your missions

  • Provide assistance over different channels as phone, chat, mail or social media
  • Ability to help the customer on generic requests but also technical
  • Reply accurately to the queries
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Adapt your reply to the type of client and situation
  • Find the correct solution in a timely way

Requirements:


  • Experience in technical will be a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Good communication skills in English (B2)
  • Technical and analytic skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Organized, multitask and problemsolving skills
