PROFILE:


  • Academic Qualifications at the high school level;
  • More than 2 years of professional experience in onsite technical support functions;
  • Proven experience in Office 365 and Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, for creating workflows and automating processes;
  • Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), Operating Systems and Hardware;
  • Good knowledge of other systems such as Active Directory and print spooling;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good communication skills and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to adapt and work as a team;
  • Dynamism and proactivity.
This location is for Vialonga, Lisbon.
