Responsibilities
As a
Talent Specialist at
Top Sigma**, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with various departments to accurately identify hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the industry.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in tech recruitment and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:


  • At least 1+ year(s) of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
