- Manage the entire inquiry process up to invoicing, using company tools effectively to boost sales opportunities
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion
- Familiarize yourself with the company's brands and hotel details to enhance customer service during bookings and deliveries
- Support departmental strategies and goals, taking responsibility for specific areas
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client and guest satisfaction, providing a positive and proactive response to inquiries and issues
- Facilitate communication between the Hotel team and other stakeholders involved
- Establish and nurture productive relationships, embodying the company's culture and values
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and best practices, documenting activities for audits as needed
- Native or proficient Swedish (C2)
- Advanced English skills (at least C1) in both verbal and written communication
- Strong communication abilities, including excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and superior writing skills
- Prior experience in handling reservations
