Ferring+You

You will join the Central Functions Controlling team, reporting to the Senior Manager Controller of Global IT/OneERP.

You will oversee all financial and controlling aspects of OneERP implementation (SAP), dealing with various locations across the world.

The Controlling Analyst will have close collaboration with the Project Teams, Site Controllers, Group Controlling, Group IT and Group Finance.

Immersed in the finance and controlling functions, the Controlling Analyst role will provide Opex and Capex analysis of the project, improvement initiatives (automation, simplification ).

This position is a great opportunity to work in an international environment, covering a wide scope within finance and controlling, including consolidation and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, Capex analysis and reporting, project and investment modelling, stakeholder management, etc.

Your day at Ferring

Drive reporting capabilities (design, development & enhancement) for all areas of Controlling while ensuring standardization, harmonization and scalable solution.
Participate in the definition and implementation of new financial and controlling KPIs, review and update of existing ones, ensuring technical feasibility and adequate communication.
Act as a "go to information resource" for all the Controlling team queries, providing reporting analytical support.
Constantly identify and report improvement opportunities aiming at achieving a higher level of maturity in terms of information transparency, automation, forwardlooking capabilities, and data driven business support.
Ensure continuity in the reporting landscape during the ERP transformation, coordinate the various stakeholders to make the transformation transparent to the controlling community.
Acts as a pivot between Finance and IT backend teams to collect the dataset and build operational KPI's to improve the quality of findings and insights.
Adhoc support on IT/ BI request from Group FP&A.

Behind our innovation There's you

Bachelor's degree, an advanced degree in Finance is preferred

- +10 years of experience in similar roles

Strong Excel and Power BI knowledge
Understanding of relational database concepts
Experience with Oracle and SAP, is a plus
Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite is a plus (Azure)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills with attention to details

- "Hands on" approach. Problem-solving skills

Experience in Projects expenditures is a plus
Good communication and writing skills
