- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorization and accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in Italian to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and other relevant documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the accounts payable function
- Fluency in Italian is required, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
