Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious shared service center in the financial sector based in Porto, that is currently looking for a P2P Business Process Owner (M/F).

Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation of SAP VIM as part of our ERP transformation project, focusing on the optimization of invoice processing workflows.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design, configure, and deploy SAP VIM solutions that meet our business needs.

Ensure the seamless integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC6 & S/4HANA, facilitating a unified and efficient Invoice to Pay process.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and training materials for SAP VIM.

Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the new systems.

Monitor the performance of the implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest SAP VIM updates and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to our processes and systems.
Provide expert guidance and support to the finance team, helping to resolve any challenges related to invoice processing.
Profile
Masters degree or equivalent.
At least 6 years experience of P2P processes in global business scale and regions.
Experience and understanding of Global Business Services /Shared Services environments.
Strong project management capabilities.
PMI certification is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP and Open Text VIM is mandatory.
Strong communication and training skills.
Positive mindset, structured thinking, and focused on finding solutions.
Fluent English is a must have.
French is a plus.
High degree of customer orientation.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
