- Identify and collect all IT needs and initiatives of the business line
- Coordinate and manage business lines' projects
- Contribute to business line Data initiatives
- Ensure coordination between business line needs and global IS
- Align with the head of the business line the priorities and the follow-up of the dedicated digital roadmap
- Follow IT budget and workload for the business line
- Develop technological watch to better support business growth
- Challenge business line's managers to develop IT awareness on key subjects (security, data, cloud, AI) REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation in Computer Science or equivalent
- Project Management experience
- Business knowledge (depending on the scope of work)
- English written and spoken (advanced level)
- Portuguese written and spoken (preferable) KEY SKILLS
- Rigor, organization, strong commitment and involvement.
- At ease with business lines activities;
- Ability to adapt his/her communication to different profiles;
- Ability to describe activities through processes;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities;
- Ability to take the best from quick wins approach & long-term one
- Flexible, energetic and confident person;
- Comfortable to work in a high autonomy and as a team player.
