Kelly Services, is a partner of a well-known company located in Miraflores, who is a global leader on offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.
Currently, and to reinforce their Shared Service's team, we are recruiting a
Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer(f/m/d) fluent in French and Portuguese (English will be a plus).

Workplace:
Miraflores
Work schedule: 8h per day from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Note:
first month is fully in the office, and afterward is a hybrid system.
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope:
- Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed;
- Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated;
- Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified;
- Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
Profile:
- High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions;
- At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
- Good knowledge on Excel;
- SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
