Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Expert Technology Consultant who has spent already years in the topic area of Identity & Access Management and understands the criticality of the same in a corporate environment.

The Role:

Be a Principal IAM Operations Success Consultant and support our teams in driving our Identity & Access Management strategy towards corporate success.

You will be responsible to ensure Operational Excellence across our Value Stream, monitor & report the operational health, own Emergency & Escalation Management processes and coordinate pro-active measures to streamline the processes.

Be part of our Next Generation IAM Agile Release Train and ensure our operational success EndtoEnd
Work closely with our Operations & Support Teams, Solution Management, Business Owner, Product Management, Architects, Release Train Engineer
Ensure operational excellence across our teams and processes
Ensure an excellent Stakeholder Management during emergencies and escalations
Support our teams & projects with high impact and risk towards broad corporate goals in virtual set ups
Align with other teams on their deliverables to foster collaboration and bring up new ideas
Participate in agile ceremonies and be part of the team

What you bring:

Experienced in Agile Enterprise IT organizations and IAM
Understanding of Stakeholder, Change and Project Management
Experience with GDPR and technical interfaces like SCIM, REST, JDBC, SOAP and RFC
Experience in designing and implementing authorization concepts considering regulatory frameworks e.g. SoD
Technical understanding in modern code maintenance technologies like Git and Jenkins and IT Product Infrastructure (Server setup, Databases and Interfaces)
Strong ability to manage and achieve fast & highquality results
Excellent language skills (written & verbal) in English
Has worked effectively with virtual teams and driving superb execution in a global environment
