Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group (SAS Division) is looking for a Industrial Process Experts Manager that will be located in Palmela (Portugal).

The main functions will be:

Lead the Industrial Process Expert team within Corporate Manufacturing Engineering, incl. ressource planning and employee reviews

Define, plan and coordinate strategy and actions within SAS regarding industrial processes

Define Industrial Process standards and ensure implementation within SAS plants

Close collaboration with other functional experts

Deliver industrialisation of greenfield and brownfield programs, starting from acquisition phase up until serial production hand-over to plant

Support plants and projects by defining, planning, installing and improving assembly processes (Tightening processes,
MTM etc.)

Drive Industrial Process Expert team and programs/projects via KPI including regular reportings

Support Program and Sales teams in all Industrial Process related topics

Identify best practices, translate in standards and distribute within ME network

Manufacturing Engineering and/or manufacturing experience

Factory layout and equipment planning

Expert in assembly planning and material flow

Advanced skills in ROI calculation

MTM
Factory simulation

Project management and presentation skills

Milestone tracking on several projects in parallel

Manage interdisclinary teams

Manage teams with different backgrounds and on different levels

ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001

English

German (desirable)

Spanish/Portuguese (desirable)

Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
