Description:
At Engel&Völkers Lisboa, we want to lead the real estate sector and therefore we currently need an Suppliers and Clients Administration, for our offices located in Avenida da Liberdade, to support the real estate consultants collaborating with us.
Functions:
- Perform data verification prior to issuing invoices to customers.
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Monitor customer transfers.
- Provide support to real estate consultants at E&V Lisbon.
- Review, control, and payment of consultant invoices.
- Accounting for banking operations.
- Assistance in monthend closing tasks as required.
- Support in Office Management tasks (relationship with cleaning and maintenance providers, etc.).
- Relationship with suppliers, receipt of invoices.
- Management of approvals and payments of supplier invoices.
- Interaction with tax consultancy to provide information for the preparation of necessary taxes.

Requirements:
Required Profile:
- Degree or Vocational Training in Accounting and Finance.
- Preferably, previous experience in a financial department: minimum 3 years.
- Languages: Native level of Portuguese and Mediumlevel of English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office at a user level and advanced level of Excel.
- Knowledge of the SAP accounting ERP (Valuable but not a killer question).
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines.
- Teamwork orientation.
