Our cliente is an international company operating in the telco market, and is looking for
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANTS (M/F) to join and reinforce their team in
Lisbon.


Descrição de funções:


  • Ensure excellent customer service in the mentioned languages;
  • Provide general information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers;
  • Processing the customers' requests and update in computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address);
  • Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service.

Requisitos:


  • Fluent in German (C1) and English;
  • Experience in Customer Service, cross selling;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Interest in telecommunication products;
  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
