About the job

  • Project Management Officer mission consists in contribute to the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a requirement expressed by a stakeholder, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines, budget, compliance rules and the Group's applicable best practices
  • FRESH is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and timetomarket. FRESH is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences:
between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT)

  • Part of FRESH, Master data is the team in charge of "Master Data" solutions for Finance and Risk. Main objective is to share "Master Data" across the group. It covers Referential, Nomenclatures and Dictionaries Solutions
  • The team works in close interaction with the Group CDO team to ensure BCBS 239 compliance and to improve Data Quality

Your Main Activities Are

  • The primary responsibility of PMOs is to handle the support for project management thereby providing the necessary support for the decisionmaking process to all stakeholders
  • Play an advisory role (alerts, risks and recommendations) for project, portfolio, program or senior manager
  • Guarantee reliable and commented reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations. Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
  • Provide decisionmaking support to all actors involved
  • Contribute and generate value to the organization by avoiding costs and finding cost saving opportunities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • University degree in business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology area
  • Good communication skills in English and French (B2 level), both written and spoken
  • Proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
  • Organizational ability
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to collaborate, share and generate engagement
  • Attention to detail and rigor
