    Banking Project: German

    Role: As Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) for German you will support clients from one of the greatest German Banks.

    Job Description:

    You will be a single point of contact for the bank's clients for different types of inquiries. Your tasks include:

    • You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat and email.
    • From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer experience
    • Provision of information on product parameters/conditions and ongoing marketing campaigns, branch organization and services
    • Sales-oriented presentation of the product range
    • Support of central marketing campaigns
    • Order assignment forwarding by e-mail to consultants, branches and departments in the private and business customer segment
    • Making appointments
    • Final processing of inquiries, by sending forms, ordering duplicates or income statements, PIN/TAN orders for online banking
    • Implementation of card blocking
    • Mediation processes by forwarding it to the branches, responsible hotlines, to the security center, quality management, to units in the Wealth Management segment, other group units or to the affiliates
    • Navigation aid for the online banking portal
    • As part of the off-peak telephone line for the hotline of customer satisfaction, receive verbal feedback, if necessary record concerns and forward the corresponding telephone note to the e-mail box of the company's quality management
    Requirements:

    We are looking for someone that speaks a proficient level of German (C1) and a good level of English (B2)

    Benefits:

    • Relocation package: Abroad: 4 weeks in a hotel + up to 700€ reimbursement, From Portugal: 2 weeks + up to 150€ reimbursement after 90 days probation period, economy class only.

    Working Hours:

    • Fixed schedule between 8am and 5pm (Mon – Fri), in the future possibility of rotative schedules between 7am and 10pm
    • 2 days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
    • Training: 2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting (100% on site)
