In this role, you will:

Work with project stakeholders to clarify project scope, goals, deliverables, and business and software requirements
Break down business requirements to a manageable level and translate them into form understandable by development team
Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation
Help Improve and update and maintain Web engineering Governance processed under the supervisory Project delivery manager
Together with Team Lead and/or Delivery Manager facilitate key governance principles of Web engineering org to ensure the most effective delivery of the website product is achieved
Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product against them
Work with dev team on product usability, provide input, and verify results
Stakeholders support to prioritise requirements and manage their allocation
Help Developers and Technical leads with defining quality attributes (nonfunctional requirements) including external interfaces and constraints
Clearly translate business requirements into software requirements understandable to development team
Together with Team Lead and/or Delivery Manager facilitate problems/issues resolution throughout project life cycle
Educate development team about product features and functionality
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders

About you:

4+ years of experience in a similar role (product owner, business analyst or requirements manager)
Flexibility, emotional maturity
Experience in conducting client meetings
Great interpersonal skills
Agile/Scrum methodologies familiarity
English B1+
Selfmotivated, wellorganized, detailoriented and a strong team player
