Your Mission:

Helpdesk Technician


As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be part of a unique team that works every day to support Telecom Service Providers in achieving service excellence.


Your Role:


  • Inventory management (import/export, logistics, licenses, and equipment);
  • Validate if the technical specification provided by the suppliers comply with Capgemini's technical requirements;
  • Work with the procurement to create purchase requests and to monitor supplier delivery dates;
  • Troubleshoot and solve hardware, Operating Systems and networking issues.

Your Profile:


  • Academic qualifications with high school completed (12th school year) or higher;
  • 2+ years of professional experience;
  • Critical thinking and ability to interact with internal key stakeholders;
  • Experience as a Helpdesk Technician;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • English advanced (nice to have).
