IFD is our football academy based in Porto, IFD connects elite players with our highly ranked technical development professionals and provides them with exceptional experience in a safe environment while placing them within a professional club to truly PLAY, LIVE & LEARN


Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks, including the creation of graphics, posters, and other visual content.

Additionally, proficiency in Premier Pro and After Effects for video creation, including the integration of graphic elements, particularly for interview formats.

Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X, as well as familiarity with social analytics tools such as Hootsuite.

Adaptability to emerging platforms is essential.

Understanding of platform algorithms and their dynamic nature, along with the ability to identify trends to ensure brand relevance.

Prompt responsiveness to activity on social media pages, including engaging with comments and messages in real-time.

Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle for traveling to video/photoshoots.


Daily Tasks Include:
Ongoing communication with the media team, providing regular updates on tasks and seeking assistance when needed.

Coordinate with IFD players to produce required content at designated locations, aligning schedules with player availability and project deadlines.

Occasionally travel outside Portugal to cover events relevant to Madd Gear and its social media requirements.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
