    Are you communicative and enjoy assisting customers with daily challenges? Do you possess a strong technical understanding that enables you to explain complex content in a simple way?

    Role Description: As part of our customer support team, you'll have a direct impact on our clients' experience. Your day will involve:

    • Understanding the needs of our ezeep target group and communicating these effectively to internal stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Maintaining constant contact with our customers, identifying challenges, and always offering the best solutions.
    • Marketing new features to keep our customers up-to-date with the latest developments.
    • Collaborating with your team to develop customer strategies and best practices.
    • Creating content such as knowledge base articles, blogs, Q&A, etc., to help customers with common questions.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • A strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
    • Excellent technical understanding and the ability to present complex topics simply.
    • An eye for identifying improvement opportunities.
    • A proactive approach, using your creativity to innovate and improve processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and German; English is a plus.
