Customer Interaction (identify the needs and address the right resources).

Planning a team of Technicians in the north region to execute external and internal Service jobs.

Setting priorities according to the Service jobs type and resources availability (Breakdown orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inspection visits and Commissionings).

Planning other resources (like Spare Parts and Tools).

Interpersonal skills, to have a good interaction with our customers, focused on customer satisfaction, and our Service Team (especially Technicians team);
Focus on results, it means again Customer Satisfaction, Labour Utilization ratio, Travel ratio, Overtime ratio, Time on Site, Work in Progress and Service Backlog, to optimize our Resources and our Operational Efficiency;
A good understanding of our Service process and our IT systems and tools;
An approach aligned with our culture, it means "There is always a better way".

A strong Service organization with an experienced Technicians team, supported by a Team Leader and a Service Operations Manager;
