Your Mission:


As PMO, your day-by-day goal will be to fully support with the project organization and monitoring the project KPIs, complying with the Capgemini values and objectives.


Your Role:


  • Manages GEC resources, in cooperation with Project Manager and Team Leaders, regarding hour booking validation, absences, travels and training schedules
  • Gathers project data, in cooperation with Project Manager and Scrum Master
  • Manages nonhuman resources (tools, space, equipment)
  • Assists Scrum Master and Project Manager in producing sprint reports (e.g. "Sprint Status" report)
  • Supports creating all project documentation, like project plan, reports, monitoring tools, etc.
  • Follows up reports, documentation, quality checklists, etc

Your Profile:


  • Strong organizationoriented and qualityoriented mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with management tools (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge on project management and project management tools
  • Critical thinking, decisionmaking and problem solving skills
  • Motivation to work in an Agile environment
  • English
