    Estamos a recrutar o seguinte perfil:

    Data Analytics Manager - Híbrido (Lisboa)Função:

    • Desenvolver a estratégia de Data Analytics da unidade, assegurando a implantação de soluções modernas em ambiente Cloud (Azure ou AWS), promovendo uma cultura orientada a dados junto dos clientes, e garantindo a entrega de projectos com elevado impacto no negócio;
    • Atuará como ponto de referência técnico, assegurando a implementação de projetos end-to-end em ambiente Cloud, sendo um elemento-chave na capacitação e evolução contínua das pessoas da equipa

    Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades:

    • Liderar e desenvolver equipas técnicas de Data Analytics, promovendo uma cultura de aprendizagem e evolução contínua;
    • Assegurar a entrega de projetos analíticos desde a ingestão e transformação de dados até à visualização;
    • Definir arquiteturas e soluções em Cloud (Azure ou AWS) alinhadas com as necessidades dos clientes;
    • Coordenar atividades de governance, qualidade e segurança de dados;
    • Apoiar a elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais, incluindo estimativas e abordagens de projeto;
    • Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, qualidade e alinhamento com as expectativas dos stakeholders (internos e externos);
    • Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas e promover inovação dentro da equipa;
    • Promover o nível engagement com os clientes, identificando oportunidades de desenvolvimento de negócio

    Experiência Requerida:
    ~

    • Mínimo 8 anos na área de Data & Analytics;
    • Experiência com implementação de soluções em clientes de média e grande dimensão;
    • Histórico comprovado de liderança de equipas técnicas
