Our HR & Corporate Functions Business Line is looking for an IT Project Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:

Run and follow ongoing projects according to defined plan;
Ability to anticipate/ identify risks and run the risk plan;
Ability to challenge technically the editors/consultants;
Followup and perform quality checks on deliverables;
Regular reporting and communication with the stakeholders;
Ensure following Company Policies, Processes & Procedures and mainly related to Project management, Security, Compliance & Quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Department;
Fluent in english (portuguese is a plus);
Availability for business travels, mainly in Europe.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different profiles, from IT to business (internal and/ or external), adjusting the communication accordingly;

Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines;
Willingness to receive and accept feedback, as well as providing own constructive feedback to peers.
