Our HR & Corporate Functions Business Line is looking for an IT Project Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Run and follow ongoing projects according to defined plan;
  • Ability to anticipate/ identify risks and run the risk plan;
  • Ability to challenge technically the editors/consultants;
  • Followup and perform quality checks on deliverables;
  • Regular reporting and communication with the stakeholders;
  • Ensure following Company Policies, Processes & Procedures and mainly related to Project management, Security, Compliance & Quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Department;
  • Fluent in english (portuguese is a plus);
  • Availability for business travels, mainly in Europe.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different profiles, from IT to business (internal and/ or external), adjusting the communication accordingly;
- "Make it happen" attitude;

  • Good organization and time management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines;
  • Willingness to receive and accept feedback, as well as providing own constructive feedback to peers.
