    Our international client in Lisbon within the iGaming industry is growing and looking for a Team Leader to take care of the current German team. Great opportunity to be part of a reputable brand in the heart of Lisbon with good benefits and real opportunities for career progression

    Responsibilities:

    If you join the company, you would be responsible for the tasks below:

    • People and team management with active support for the operations management
    • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to deliver exceptional customer experience
    • Recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and talent development
    • Proposing improvement initiatives
    • Focus on high customer satisfaction, service availability and quality through training and continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies
    • Monitor KPls to review department's results to allow regular efficiency optimization

    Requirements:

    • Willingness and flexibility to work on shifts (no night shifts).
    • German language C1 level
    • English language skills to a business standard
    • Appropriate leadership and management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
    • Calm manner and able to work under pressure
    • Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment
    • A flexible, creative and driven personality
    • General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
    • Interest in Sports, Casino and Poker products would be a benefit, relevant training will be provided

    Benefits:

    • Permanent working contract
    • Annual Gross Salary: € (split in 14 payments)
    • Food Allowance: paid monthly: 6,83 € net per working day
