THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an

Escalation

Program Manager.


In this this role, you will be responsible for managing critical customer requests/ situations and collaborate across groups to facilitate resolution for the customer.


The primary focus is to meet customer needs by effectively managing internal and external resources and managing communication across all the parties involved in high priority incidents.


Additionally, you will also help analyze data, identify root causes for the breakdowns and implement changes and proactive measures to eliminate points of failure.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage customers to ensure that the process is being followed and any need of escalation is addressed;
  • Delivery of a highquality customer and partner experience through timely and effective response to internal and external customer needs, owning active Critical Situations;
  • Delivery of a highquality customer and partner experience through timely and effective resolution of customer's issues in the quickest way possible;
  • Step up to take on challenges by acting as Crisis Manager in catastrophic outage situations;
  • Pursue proactive actions to help prevent future issues;
  • Lead project and working group to improve process and tools;
  • Establish / Maintain Relationships;
  • Collaborate effectively with the customer and internal groups to solve customer issues and improve business processes in the quickest way possible;
  • Provide incident reporting to allow businesses to make better decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent business level written and verbal communication skills in
    English is mandatory;
  • 45 years of working experience in a customeroriented job position;
  • Ability to work weekend and public holidays is required;
  • Passion and interest in enhancing the customer experiences and experience in direct customer interaction;
  • Must be customer oriented and have strong negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. This position requires the ability to use assertive, positive and effective communications skills to work effectively across multiple management levels up the executive level as necessary;
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage effective escalation within different departments;
  • Must have the ability to effectively influence and lead actions across the group and organization (crossgroup collaboration skills);
  • Must be action oriented, demonstrate ability to drive issues to resolution on behalf of the customers;
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies is valued.
