- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles;
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
- Use various sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates;
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation;
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field;
- Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (minimum of 4 years of experience), preferably in a startup and/or fast-paced environment. Experience in Telco is a plus;
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation;
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms (previous experience with Workable is a plus);
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment;
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
