What you will enjoy doing

Monitor, support, and train operational users for main systems/tools used at the Center
Manage systems testing programs or projects
Test the existing systems (namely SAP, WebShop, Salesforce, etc) and set up systems improvements (build URS)
Train users on new releases when applicable
Answer requests for support assess possible root causes and troubleshoot the process. Communicates actively with IT/Global departments if the situation is not solved
Establishes work priorities and work plans according to the priority or focus areas
Interface with Coordinators/supervisors, Process Improvement, Process Owners, and Stakeholders in the retained organization, to support the team's needs, but also to provide improvement ideas and run small projects
Gathers information or needs from different workstreams, identifies alternatives, and Implement Improvements
Support solutions for and together with the business that have an impact on the processes
Assist process owners in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation—Engage with all colleagues and stakeholders involved in a project/testing. The Systems Expert organizes and runs system improvement projects (planning, testing, documentation, defining resources), or supports the project manager on certain activities around larger projects

What we offer you

This role is a part/full time position based on an unlimited/limited/trainee/internship contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 00:00 hrs till 00:00 hrs. This role contains shift.
