Role Purpose

  • Ensure sales order management for all Pfizer Portugal Customers
  • Support to customers, orders input and interaction between the Logistics Operations (LSP) and Customers
  • Ensure and act as point of contact to Pfizer Customers including distribution claims management.

Key accountabilities

  • Orders inputs and sending of the orders received to Pfizer Portugal Logistics Service provider.
  • Act as point of contact in market to the Pfizer Portugal Customers
  • Ensure the necessary interaction with Logistics and Demand planning
  • Handling returns for quality evaluation and expired or damaged returns from customer
  • Process returns and credits in SAP in order to ensure timely update of inventory. Issue credit note to Wholesalers and Hospitals for products returned to LSP
  • Ensure internal complete administrative process of invoice and credit notes archiving.
  • Ensure organization and effective maintenance of files related with Sales Order Management documentation and related processes in scope of Customer Service. Act assuring compliance of the processes under Customer Service responsibility.
  • Ensure internal process for Hospital AUE's (control, reports and file maintenance).
  • Receive and management of claims form market, logistics or supply related.
  • Responsible for receiving the questions from customers concerning orders status and delivery issues
  • Support to Therapeutic Areas withing Customer Services activities in specific activities (e.g. campaigns)
  • Support and interaction with Quality and Logistics for market actions (e.g. recalls, etc)
  • Support to Customer Service Management.
Qualifications (i.e. Education, Experience, Technical Requirements)

  • Minimum 12o years
  • Ability to use Excel
  • Experience as preferential factor
  • Ability to work in team
  • Ability to communicate
  • Ability in the utilization of IT systems (SAP knowledge preferential factor)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks
  • Organized and methodical
