Deputy Head (m/f/d) IT and Digitalization

Your area of responsibility essentially comprises

• Digitization in accordance with the OnlineAccess Act (OZG) and the E-Government Act in cooperation with thespecialist departments and external service providers
• Analysis, organization and optimization of businessprocesses in preparation for and conversion to a digital workingmethod (e-file) in the document management system with subsequentprocess support
• Commissioning and supportingexternal companies in the provision of their services
• Ensuring communication at the points of contact betweenspecialist departments and IT, including consulting and, ifnecessary, training of the specialist departments involved

We expect you to:

• A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree inComputer Science or a comparable qualification
• Solution-oriented, structured and forward-lookingapproach
• The ability to work in a team,commitment and flexibility are just as natural for you as economicthinking
