  • Job Description

    Application support for a platform offered by client ́s department enabling to exchange files (CR, financial flows, etc.), with value-added services in a secure environment. Available to receive and centralise flows from customers inside and outside the group.
    The service requested concerns the following actions:
    - Taking charge of the "Requests Processing" activity
    (Assistance, Incidents, Changes, Reference systems)
    - Activity management/communication actions
    - Handling continuous improvement actions and contributing to Projects

    Qualifications

    Previous experience with the following responsabilities:

  • Administrator procedures and manage major incident sheets
  • Fomrlaising/Drawing up action plans
  • Expertise in satisfaction surveys
  • Good communications with French language (B2), both written and spoken
  • Must be receptive to work on a Hybrid regime in Lisbon (2 times per week)
