Business Analyst/Referential Administrator

Job description:_
Provide high quality master data solutions
Design and deliver evolutions
Provide technical and functional support (training, support for level 1 and 2 users)
Manage the reference (data creation and modification, parameter management)
Ensure business monitoring (production monitoring)
Define governance standards, rules and exchanges
Manage redesign projects
Provide data quality monitoring
Requirements:_
University degree, or equivalent through experience, in IT/Computer Engineering, Business Management/Finance, Information Management or other related areas
More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Availability and customer orientation skills
Proactive attitude with ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
Team spirit and ease with multitasking
Ability to report
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
Main tasks:_
Control the consistency of data entry by customers and different group entities
Ensure end user support and resolve production and access issues
Monitor data source, perform rejected data analysis, inform stakeholders and customers
Inspect and control sensitive data updates and operate on behalf of customers
Monitor production support, incident management and prepare reports
Technical abilities:_

Office Package Specialist (MS Excel)

Understanding (agile) methodologies

Understanding Database Management (SQL)

Interpersonal skills:
Business - IT Specialist

Customer-Focused Practice

Creativity and Innovation / Problem-solving practice

Delivery ability / Result-oriented expert
