As a Social Media Agent, your primary responsibility is social media management for a video streaming platform. Your main task is to adhere to strict company guidelines and respond to user feedback on platforms.

Think of it as a back-office role similar to a social media manager/analyst, where you maintain the project's image by addressing client feedback online, without engaging in direct client conversations or online chats.

Tasks

  • Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics
  • Demonstrate ownership, high level of commitment and provide excellent customer service to the customer
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying and escalating areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement and working at a fast pace.
  • Solve Partners issues using innovative techniques, identifying efficiency gains, and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Be an

Incredible Communicator:
Able to interpret sentiment of the partner and address partner requests/concerns in a timely manner with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

  • Support partner queries pertaining to, channel management and performance, channel analytics and any technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner
  • Serve as a consultant to internal, crossfunctional stakeholders on the video platform product.

Requirements:


Education:


  • At least 2 years BA/BS degree or equivalent with a good academic record

Experience:


  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers
  • Experience working in B2C and B2B environment preferred
  • Self starter, strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple work streams at once
  • Externalfacing customer interaction experience via customer support
  • Experience in Advertising, Media Planning, Copywriting, Social Media Campaign and the like is a plus

Skills:


  • Excellent level of German language
  • Technologicallycapable: Able to quickly learn
  • An enthusiasm for Social Media technology
  • Interest/ working knowledge in online media or YouTube Product
  • Demonstrated capabilities of critical thinking, analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent Written communication and organizational skills; can switch from business to casual communication tone depending on the end user's need
  • Ability to develop and deliver clientfocused solutions to customer needs through ongoing, superior support interactions
  • Critical thinking and strong problemsolving skills able to investigate and followup appropriately, or make judgments and escalate when necessary
  • Comfortable with a rapidlychanging environment
