    The HR Systems Administrator plays a crucial role within our clients HR Systems team taking charge of crafting and implementing the Group HR Systems Strategy.

    This involves overseeing the deployment development and maintenance of the clients group HR systems covering transactional and data components.

    The incumbent in this role will be accountable for the thorough design configuration support data management deployment and continuous maintenance of these systems and the processes linked to them.

    Key Responsibilities: 1 Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the business to comprehend requirements. Develop solutions aligned with business needs. Implement both technical solutions and accompanying processes. Provide training and manage change processes. Ensure employeefocused design for a consistent enduser experience. Foster a usercentered experience. Collaborate with various entities for welladministered systems and successful implementation.


    2 Active Systems Roadmap Development:
    Play an active role in crafting the systems roadmap. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data security policies. Drive continuous improvement in deliveries and team working methods. Facilitate communication with business stakeholders. Act as the interface between the business and providers for troubleshooting technical issues.


    3 Global System Configuration Management:
    Oversee global system configuration including security/access management. Manage release processes for new functionalities. Design and configure workflows. Maintain data models and reference data. Handle reporting and integrations.


    4 User Support:
    Support the business in addressing technical questions. Upskill and train the global community of system administrators. Collaborate with local/regional counterparts and/or data stewards for group definition communication. Manage support platforms for endusers and system administrators.

    5 Management of Data Quality and Consistency:
    Ensure that system data is fit for purpose. Maintain consistency of data between HR systems.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. At least two years of SuccessFactors administrator experience including expertise in Employee Central Performance Talent Compensation and Learning. Ambitious proactive positive attitude with a continuous desire to learn. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent listening skills and an openminded approach towards other cultures and people. Rigorous and methodical in approach.
