    We are looking for a Project Manager with the following requirements:

    Key skills and responsibilities:

    • English - C1;
    • Candidates should be confident technical project managers with experience of the full software development lifecycle;
    • Knowledge of agile methodology;
    • Experience of managing multiple scrum teams and running sprint ceremonies such as, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and reviews/demos;
    • Ability to product fortnightly sprint reports including metrics for senior management;
    • Experience with producing Roadmaps and managing delivery to agreed timescales;
    • Supporting creation and tracking of OKRs;
    • Experience of agile tooling is useful;
    • Risk management experienc;
    • Having a technical background will be of great benefit;
    • Ability to set agile ways of working and coach the team in working in this manner.
