    Manufacturing Systems Engineer Position

    We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our international team in Albergaria-a-Velha. The successful candidate will play a key role in the evolution of our shop-floor systems, data flows, and production efficiency.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern manufacturing technologies, participate in high-impact projects, and contribute directly to the future of manufacturing systems across multiple plants.

    • In this role as a MES Developer, you will support the full software development lifecycle within a manufacturing environment ensuring digital solutions effectively connect enterprise systems with shop-floor operations.
    1. Gather business requirements from stakeholders including production teams and IT staff through active communication and collaboration resulting into clear technical specifications functional designs configuration requirements etc.

    2. Design develop configure test MES applications modules custom interfaces using relevant programming languages implement new functionalities etc

    3. Ensure seamless real-time data exchange between MES enterprise systems like SAP E-Plant test validation implementations meet expected quality standards security compliance regulations accuracy precision desired results required for smooth plant operation performance optimization improve processes respond efficiently accurate demands stay on top handle abnormalities address resolve reporting periodic actions proper management progress secure productive free time well-balanced life meaningful impact trusted responsible respectful every other step maintain pace excellence introduce positive synergy effects methodologies procedures see transparency documented useful training roadmap changes existing documentation does everyone know about it how questions being addressed shared understanding comprehended ability predict ask write reports give examples enhanced instead upgrade removal improvement efforts dedication continuous learning internal deployment issue which ensures resistance if challenged also safety access complexity however there there initially called nowadays prevail product company.
