What will you do:


  • Primary focus on resolving support tickets, end user support, and new user setup.
  • Assists with:
  • IT projects as needed
  • MDM solution management.
- prevent and remediate security issues


Required skills and experience:


  • Training in the area of Information Technology (minimum 12th grade);
  • Minimum 23 years of work experience in computer technical support functions;
  • Good technical knowledge in the areas of hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux) and Networks TCP / IP;
  • Excellent communication skills (EN, PT) and taste for contact with the enduser;
  • Knowledge on GSuite platform;
  • Be autonomous or require minimum supervision for daily tasks;
  • Good interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork;
  • Good analytical ability, organization, and planning.

Bonus Point:


  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta and FreshService are a plus.
