Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:

Perform technical training to installers and technicians on the product portfolio of the brands Vulcano, Junkers and Bosch such as water heaters, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioner and thermal solar;
Prepare the technical documentation to use as support for training, service manuals and others;
Perform technical support in field, presales and after sales;
Perform Technical Hotline.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering or experience in similar functions;
Knowledge in Air Conditioning and Water Heating Systems, domestic and commercial;
Experience in similar activities or functions;
Trainer Certificate (CAP or CCP);
Other preferred certifications: Technician or Installer of Gas Appliances, TIM3, Fluorinated Gases;
Responsibility and proactiveness;
Good communication skills;
Preferably with knowledge of English;
Domain in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
