Cross Border Talents is hiring for several Nordic languages for Customer Advisors in Lisbon, Portugal

Your new role will be...

• Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail.
• Handle questions from both B2B customers and B2C customers.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements to join the team:

• Fluency in C2 Level or Native of one of the languages;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
• Tech support-email,chat and voice (preferably)
• Experience in troubleshooting (preferably)
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Good computer skills;
  
• Mandatory EU passport or Portuguese residence card;
