    I work with businesses to help attract the best DevOps & SRE talents on the market at Understanding RecruitmentWe are seeking a Platform Engineer to join a tech Unicorn (currently $5 billion valuation), one of the largest providers of enterprise cloud connectivity platforms globally, to ensure reliability, and continually improve the infrastructure supporting huge scale 'live' cloud services.

    The team are a go-to provider of enterprise cloud contact centre technologies, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

    As a Platform Implementation Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve success through expertly crafted solutions.


    We are seeking a Platform Engineer with:
    Proficient in internet technology, SaaS, VoIP, IVR, and Call Center practices.

    Prior experience with implementing TDM and/or VoIP Call Center solutionsFamiliarity with CRM and Lead Management solutions including Salesforce, RingCentral, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Velocify, and/or LeadMailbox.

    Minimum 2 years' experience in Implementation or configuration in Cloud computing or telephony.
    Spanish proficiency (required for communicating with clients)

    Salary:
