Responsibilities:


  • Partner with our Sales team to articulate the overall Weezie value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
  • Own the technical engagement with customers and help to close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape
  • Lead in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering on the identification and tracking of product improvement requests
  • Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how Weezie can better serve our enterprise customers
  • Drive product conversations based on needs and problems learned during customer interactions
  • Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public or private enablement material
  • Potential travel up to 40%

Required skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ years of prior customer success or account management experience
  • Solid technical background
  • English is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • A selfstarter who takes the initiative to get things done

Preferred Qualifications:


  • GIS Certification
  • Technical experience in the Telecommunication industry
  • Understanding and/or handson experience in automated mapping/facilities management
  • Experience with SaaS Deployment
