We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Control Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for executing day-to-day support across different functions to Amgen.
You will be supporting contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute day-to-day support across different functions to Amgen. 2. Support contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes. 3. Enforce the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP, specific legal support for ACSS including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management.
Additional responsibilities include:
The creation of contract templates and contract repositories Supporting audit teams with requirements/information Elevating problems or risks as they arise in line with business needs
