- You will design and implement our future people and culture (HR) solutions in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solution after implementation.
- In an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes.
- Depending on your previous experience, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and control our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholders.
- With our support, you continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/qualification.
- Strong interest and relevant experience as integration consultant (middleware, integrating different systems, interface operations, API architectures, etc.).
- Relevant experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and other HR related systems.
- Additional experience in project management is a clear plus
- Fluent in English. Additional German or Spanish skills are an advantage.
