\uD83E\uDDD1‍\uD83D\uDCBB What is this role?
Bounce is seeking a

Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our Lisbon office. This role will play a critical part of our strategy, to manage and improve all of our logistics operations focused on the experience of our Partners.


\uD83D\uDC77\uD83C\uDFFE‍ What you'll be doing:

  • You will be leading our logistics operations, involving the full Supply Chain network, from suppliers, warehouses, carriers to last mile providers.
  • You will work internationally: You will manage internal stakeholders, customer requests and inventories both in the US and Europe.
  • You will develop monitoring systems and solutions to optimize stock and Bounce partners experience manage high volume of daily order processing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You consider multiple aspects when making businessrelevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customercentricity and business requirements.
  • You will partner with the Product, Design, Support, Sales and Account Management Teams to support the rollout of new signage experiments and new processes for Partners to interact with our signage or any Bounce materials.

Your profile:


  • 4+ Background in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and techniques.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address customs delays and launch new stock.
  • Experience in multinational retailers, ecommerce platforms, or global logistics providers, specially for similar signage products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in scaling operations and handling dynamic supply chain challenges.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish are considered a plus.
