David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a worldwide leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing to find a Sales Development Representative with proficient level of Dutch language to join the team in Lisbon.

Remuneration:
Base salary + bonuses.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage a set of assigned or acquired accounts (suspects; not in sales engagement nor current clients) to spur interest and create a lead opportunity
  • Build, maintain, and forecast sales pipeline
  • Support the creation and development of account plans
  • Understand client requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
  • Set up appointments / meetings and find potential clients for the sales team
  • Sales teams will rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers
  • Maintain accurate information about opportunities in CRM tools
  • Track daily activities and next steps to ensure proper followup.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C1 level of Dutch/Flemish and English, French and German will be huge advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following or related areas: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or similar
  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Strong personal drive and ambition to succeed in an open environment and desire to achieve and taking personal accountability
  • Used to execute against a plan which has a limited amount of time per suspect and there will not only be rejection, but also some level of chasing of key stakeholders
  • Selfmanagement of time to reach objectives
  • Capability to balance action with results, thereby executing Campaigns without getting stuck in paralysis by analysis and focusing on obtaining quick results on Campaigning
  • Business acumen and understanding of principles of value creation and differentiation
  • Goal/Quotaoriented, with a strong sense of ownership at work
  • Knowledge of Csuite relationship management and social capital development methods
  • Understanding of the basic principles of value selling.
